Open the cia converter program, create ncchinfo.bin. This is something you'll need to make xorpads, which is used to convert.3ds to a.cia Copy that ncchinfo.bin to your SD card, slap it back into your 3DS and run Rxtools. Go to decryption options and then generate xorpads. In this video I show you how to decrypt a.3ds or.cia rom. How to use:
1. Download CIAKonPack
2. Extract the zip file , and put many 3ds roms into roms directory
3. Run convert.py by double-click, (need 64-bit System & install python environment)
4. You will be notice for needing xorpad files, then, please copy all the files /sdcard directory to your 3DS SD card, then go to setting->other settings->pofile->Nintendo ds pofile (temporarily only supports old 3ds 4.x)
5. Copy the xorpad files to the directory tool /xorpads from you 3ds sd card ( You can check my blogger from this link : http://www.game4deal.com/blog/?p=2901
6. Run convert.py window back , press Enter to continue, wait for the conversion to complete
System Requirements:
1. 64-bit System (sorry, they will not consider supporting xp or other 32-bit systems)

| 1) Put your 3DS games into 'roms' folder and press 'Create ncchinfo.bin file' button to create 'ncchinfo.bin' |
